We only collect metadata necessary for threat analysis. We do not store or log sensitive payload data unless explicitly enabled by the customer for debugging.
Third-Party Sharing
We never sell your data. Data is only shared with sub-processors (like AWS) required to operate the service.
Data Retention
Security logs are retained for 30 days by default. Customers can configure shorter retention periods or export logs to their own SIEM.
